In all seriousness, could his talk not be construed as threats against a co-worker? That would seem to fall under some sort of federal hate-crimes statutes possibly. Could some law-types clarify that?
In any case, Haveawreck will always and forever be nothing more than untapped potential. Why he is even still in a Cup car is baffling. He might be the most overrated driver ever in the history of the sport, but he is definitely a disgrace to the legacy of that great car that once had a number 3 on the side.
He'll never match up to Ears. Kurt has ten times the talent.
