Wednesday:
Smoked chicken quesadillas with roasted poblanos, red peppers, jalapenos, and green onions. Delicious.

Last night:

Serbian cevapci-little skinless sausages seasoned up and grilled. Were good, but a bit garlicky. Fun to make.

My wife said she slaved in a hot kitchen to make these roast beef sammiches and curly fries:

I love sausages/kofta kebab style grilly bits on pita with yogurt sauce. Ever make pitas? They're super easy and super good!!!

Yeah, I've made them before. Not a weeknight project, though.
