Metal detecting finds

Just bought my first metal detector and had a good first outing. I found an old well on a piece of property I bought recently. Figured there had to be a homesite nearby. I was right. Found all of this in 15 min. Everything was around 4 inches deep. The hinge appears to be hand made.

I think it’s the spout from an old tea/coffee pot.

I`ve seen strikers for flint & steel fire kits that look like that. Looks like wear use on the right side too.

That's what I was thinking as well. Look just like the ones hanging on my forging shed wall. Funny what you wind up keeping - I don't know why, but I love old rusty metal.

I vote for trace chain link as well. There appears to be heavy wear to the inside of one end.
