Taquitos stuffed with beer-braised smoked chicken, roasted poblanos, red peppers, jalapenos, and green onions. Queso sauce, Messican rice, guacamole salad. One of my favorite meals on the planet. I hurted myself until I looked like Arlo.

He likes Mexican food, oddly. And I'd say after a bacon cheeseburger or deer backstrap, those taquitos are about my favorite meal on the planet.
