It won’t be exactly like this one I can’t make identical knives to save my life. The hammering dictates the blade. I’m having a lot of fun with this hobby.

Not bad. Those little simple users are hard to beat in the kitchen for most work. Seems like most will grab a little cutter like that first over the rest. Usually because it's light, sharp and comfortable to use in most cases. Good job.
Might suggest you slow down a little on the final beveling blows, use a lighter flatter faced hammer, and wire brush before each heat. You'll get less of the deeper scale induced pitting towards the edge. Also it'll make the final sanding finish much less work.
