Took a couple of wild turkey leg quarters and slow cooked them in The crock pot in some Chicken stock. Pulled the meat and back into the stock for a bit longer. Took some of the pulled meat, hit it with a heavy dose of fajita seasoning and put it in a hot skillet to crisp up a bit. Put it over some tortilla chips with some cheese, sour cream, sautéd peppers and onions and some homemade pico. It was awesome. Got plenty of pulled meat left for other applications. Gonna mix some bbq sauce with some tomorrow and have bbq sandwiches.
