Had some carry-out Q that I picked up earlier....heating some of it up now for some football watching.


Ribs are good....the pulled pork is making me laugh that people would buy it and rave over it. The mac'n'cheese is no better than something out of a box.....nor is it worse.

I didn't have to cook it...nor clean up after it, so that makes it taste just a tad better....especially on the cleaning up part.

Good looking Q there, Dub, without the trouble and time involved, we decided to fix up a pot of chili on this cool damp evening, it was just about edible.

Discussed meats last night. Discussed ribs. Called an audible in the way to the store. And had some onion rings with it

the boy did almost all the work. I helped with the broiler. Smoke alarms only went off for 2 minutes!

Great looking eats!!!

I did a T Bone and then cut the tender off for Mrs Paymaster and the strip side off for me. It sat in my marinade all day before grilling on the Akorn. I cooked to med rare due to her preference.

Crock pot venison shanks, carrots, mashed taters and gray. Was quite edible.
