That's a young man's game nowadays ESPECIALLY with the so- called "help" you can hire.
You or your Wife or somebody you REALLY trusted would have to be there from open to close.
If was going to do it, which I wouldn't even think about at 60, it would be BBQ. Folks will pay handsomely for GOOD, local BBQ and Stew from somebody they know.
Plus you don't have to have a lot of menu items.
Mine you would have 2 choices. BBQ and Stew or Stew and BBQ.
