Turkey Season Cooperator Cards

Has anyone received their Wild turkey cooperator/survey cards from the DNR this year? I haven't received mine yet and I am wondering if they did away with the program or if they are just running late with getting the cards out this year. Anyway, I was just curious and thought I would check.
