I use a big buddy and lil buddy heaters in all of my enclosed blinds.
As long as you have a window or 2 open per the instructions you are good. I think the rule of thumb is 4 sq inches per 1,000 btu. Cross-flow is better. They only have to run a minute or 5 every 1/2 hr or so to keep it toasty.
