Hancock County Illinois Gun Lease

I have a 60 acre and a 40 acre track available for Gun season(both shotgun and muzzleloader). Total cost is $1000, (will be part of the original lease agreement with landowner). 2 really nice tracks. Both are located 3-5 miles west of West Point, Illinois. This is for 2014-2015 hunting season.
PM me if you are interested and I will send maps. These tracks will go fast.
We bowhunt these properties, looking for members that want to gun hunt.

Not sub-leasing. Who ever joins my lease will simply be part of the overall lease. I do not gun hunt- so I am taking members who do. Pretty simple.

I've been leasing land in this area for years. When you lease a farm from a land owner- you sign a lease. Not a membership into a club. Who ever is on that lease is covered under a lease contract.
You are referring to the Outfitter Rule that applies to someone that leases the land for the purpose of providing "hunts" or sub leasing for hunts. This is in no way considered sub-leasing.
