The reason they quit, was because the Dakota cost more than some of their full size trucks.

Bo$$, in shopping for this truck, I found out with the rebates they were offering, it was cheaper to buy new than buying used. And the interest rates were better for new.

What we are doing is selling my wife's Acadia, and she will drive this truck for a couple years. It's hard for me to justify a truck to sit in the yard and I've wanted a new one for a long time, and she was ready to get rid of her car. Kind of worked out for both of use.
