What do these veggie plants need?

I noticed my squash, cucumber, and cantaloupe plants had some yellowing in the leaves. What does that mean? Need fertilizer?

The squash looks like Downy mildew and I would assume the rest of the cucurbits would not be far behind.

I assume from all the rain? We had 2 weeks straight. Should i apply fungicide? Or cut off water?

You should have already been applying a fungicide.

Exactly, otherwise unless you are willing to spend the money for a fungicide with curative properties like quadris, it is too late.

I did a soil test last year, but not this year

You should have already been applying a fungicide.

I did apply fungicide early, before they started flowering. I dont really like to put stuff on the plants when they are putting out.
