Got this one in the mail today. Believe me when I say this. I have tried and or bought just about every mount made. I have even made a few myself and I like the design and ruggedness of this mount far better than any I have had. Can't wait to put it out. It sure works good while playing in the back yard.:bounce:

Anybody have one of these?

I have several in different configurations. I believe they are also making them for Cabelas to rebrand. They've held up well over the years I've had them.

I would like to see how y'all made those. I would try it myself.

Eye bolt, eye screw, washers, thumb screw, wing nut.
Eye screw will go into tree. First take your eye screw, put washer on eye, then put eye bolt against washer, then your thumb screw will thread through the eyes of both, then your wing nut, or nut, if you can't find a wing nut .

Your screw goes into tree. Bolt to trail cam. Wing nut and thumb screw allow you to tighten, or loosen it.

Google it for pics

You can also put rubber or neoph ever how you spell it washers to help it stay at the angle you want on the thumb screw.

I call it the J Seph mount, I believe he was the one that first posted it here.

This pic....

....should do ya just fine.

Excellent cam mount if and when you need it.

I find the strap and stick for angle works in most cases.

Best of luck!
