I would like to fish the tocca but have never been. I like to fish wadding for trout and was wondering if there were any good spots that were easy to find for my first trip up. Any help is appreciated thanks guys

access to the river is very limited due to private property. You can wade at Tammen Park, Curtis Switch, and Horseshoe Bend park

I fish up there pretty often. Just drop by the fly shop in blue ridge. they have a map to the three places mentioned already. there is a delayed harvest section above the lake with access.

If I were you, I would focus on the Delayed Harvest section of the Toccoa upstream of Lake Blue Ridge. No access issues and, unlike the tailwater right now, it's fishing great. Here's a link to a map of the DH.
