I have not leased from them but they have been in business a good while.
What is likely more important is the landowner, the neighbors and the lay of the land.
I personally would suggest u go look at the land before u lease. What looks great on aerial may or may not look great on the ground.
Now is a great time to scout the property also, as the underbrush is down, crops are not generally in the way and the trails are very apparent.
Talking to the neighbors, if possible, would be great too - although the landowner may have a great idea how strong the surrounding pressure is.

I’ve had land leased through them in Kansas for 5 years. As Jim says go look at the land. The agent and landowner I’ve got have been great to deal with.
