New to the club thanks to my birthday present from my family. Can you guys that have used the griddle provide some input. Looking for temperature settings for different foods you have prepared. Thanks in advance!

I remember looking for this info a while back, too. I thought I had found something and actually printed it out but I can't find it now. Seems like most everything was cooking around 375* or so.

I have no idea. I just cook on it. Has worked for about four-five years so far. :) I don't care what temp it is, as long as it's cooking the way I want it to, just like cooking in a frying pan on the stove. Depending on what I'm cooking and where I am in the process, I cook anywhere from high to low. Most of the time about halfway between.

I do what Billy from da Hill does....most of the time it's between high and low....but also depends on what i'm cooking..

My meats, I set the knob half way around. My eggs, I turn down all the way. Everything else just cooks.
