Put the butt on last night and pulled it around 5 this morning. Had the birds ready to on as soon as it came off and the temp got right.

One more Thanksgiving meal
Thanks guys.
We had one more family get together at lunch today. Smoked a ham and made a mess of biscuits to take. For supper we had toasted turkey sammiches. Hope everyone had an awesome Thanksgiving weekend.
