I need to purchase a solar powered electric fence to protect my eagle soy beans until they have a chance to get some growth on them. The first year I planted them they got tall and full before the deer started eating them but when they did they started on one end and ate the foliage to the other end. Then after a short period of time they did the same thing with the bean pods. The second year they got a pretty good start but then they started eating them so I put milorganite on them which slowed them down long enough to get pretty good growth. This year they wiped them out no matter what I did. They keep putting new leaves on long enough until I was able to plant oats and wheat but they looked bad. The plots I planted were 3 acres each. I plan on just planting one of the 3 acre plots and was wondering what brand fence you guys would recommend.
