Accuweather gives a forecast for fishing rating the day poor, fair, good, very good, or excellent for fishing.

I go when I can but do have the moon phase ap that states the same thing. It’s neat to compare how the fish actually bit compared to the forecast but I don’t plan around it.

Lanier is backwards regarding everything I thought I knew about moon phase and falling pressure.

In Oconee, the power generation trumps everything else.

I've watched this somewhat over the years and believe there might be a correlation between moon phase and aggressiveness of bite. As someone stated previously,we fishermen go when we can regardless of moon phase or barometric pressure.
