Bald eagles in backyard

Those birds are always impressive. More so when they are busy abut their lives just feet away!

Across the street from my parents home in Gulf Breeze Florida.
When you wrote my back yard I looked at your profile and assumed Walton County Ga.

My area of Fl ( just south of Tampa bay) is full of Bald eagles. Our county dump has 3-4 that dine there most every day.
I’ve seen several in my back yard (I have several large pines that grow in the middle of a 10 acre pasture) and I know of a half dozen nest within 10 miles of me.
They are magnificent birds to watch.

We have a few in Lumpkin County. They're so numerous in Alaska you soon get to where you hardly notice them.

Golden eagle?
Where at? I'm guessing out west somewhere, judging from the trees. Those goldens used to be fairly common in the southern Appalachians, but they're pretty much gone now, except for a few migrants.
