Any decent places to bank fish in the Lawrenceville area? We will be the for a couple of days in 2 weeks.
Make sure you are armed if going to these parks… safety firstCollins HIll Park. Little Mulberry Park. Tribble Mill Park (most access)
Never had an issue at any of these parks. Except for the bear at Little Mulberry, he got too curious.....Make sure you are armed if going to these parks… safety first
Also, about a 20-30 minute ride from lawrenceville in Winder is Ft. Yargo state park. Plenty of shore fishing there along with many other things to do
If true, sad to hear. I fished CHP when the park wasn't there or any homes. It was called the snake lake back in the day. A short drive through the woods to get too but came with big rewards.Make sure you are armed if going to these parks… safety first

So are you using your fishing pole like a sword. Sometimes they can be hard to deture when they get in their mind your are a threat. Had a friend whose parents owned a farm. They had several domestic white geese that would attack anything coming up the driveway if you were a stranger. They would half run and half flying and those wings flapping to beat the band. They would snack it silly if it didn't behave with them. Just hated those geese.
