If y’all notice….them speed skinners always have the hocks peeled down before they start the clock. That eats up a lot of time dealing with those. I don’t believe in sticking the hams like that either. He’s fast. But theirs plenty of guys out there that’s fast.

3:15 skinned, quartered and gutted, didn’t know he was being filmed at first. He had a little help on that Alabama rabbit, but I don’t believe he was trying to go extra fast.
