Boss buck feeder

I actually have a banks feeder, but they are very similar the feeding tubes. Wondering how the buck muscle crumble works in them or should I stick with the pellets?

A crumble should little pieces of pellets. To make crumbles, you first make pellets, then the pellets are run through a roller mill to cut the pellets into smaller pieces. The tighter the rolls, the smaller the pieces.

A meal or powder may be run through a hammermill, but not pelleted first.

I have been making pelleted feed since 1989.
