Bourbon glazed backstrap

Had the craving for some fresh backstrap, seared two pieces on the grill to rare-medium rare and Finished with some bourbon glaze. Once it rested I sliced it thin and tossed it back in the juices. Toasted some rolls and made some mini steak sandwiches with provolone cheese!
