briminators how to tie them

any of you more seasoned tie flyers know how to tie these things. i would really like to lean how and get them in my bag of tricks for fishing for gills.

tie in your beadchain eyes...move the thread to the bend in the hook...tie in some grey marabou....dub some shaggy brown dubbing up the body and around the eyes leaving the thread behind the eyes...tie in some hen hackle give it a wrap or two and whip finish in front of that....pretty simple fly...but looks like it would get em'

tail looks like black marabou, rust colored dubbing tied up to just prior to eye of hook, flipped back over to hold bead eyes in place, anchored with black thread, and then grizzly hackle spun for the collar.
