What is the best product to remove sand spurs from chufa. Thanks for any answers

I was told Prowl H20 as a preemergent works. On the other hand ,I was told the only way to get rid of sandspurs is to move.
I have the same problem in one of my corn fields.

Prowl will work pre, post would be limited, lower rates of glyphosate would be a choice.
