If your lower back is in good shape, get a safety belt and attach it to your tiller where the handles attach with a piece of good rope. All you have to do is lean back a little to hold it where you want it and you can control the handles with a finger tip. Confusious say "If you have a difficult task, give it to a lazy man.. he'll find a easy way to do it." Saves wear and tear on shoulders and arms.
