Buy yourself a six foot post bar one side for packing and the other for digging. Have to have one over here for the red clay and rock. Better than an auger at times.

I have a dig'n iron, it's the original post hole digger. Couldn't dig in this stuff without it.

Mater,pepper,and gourd patch side dressed and worked out. Dozen packs of Zinnia seeds planted. Porching up with Tigerman and well water. Come on rain!
