Downloaded an app on my telecommunication device today to help me Identify a flowering tree/bush I can see from my front porch. I’ve wondered about it every spring for several years but haven’t really ever researched what it is. I think I have my answer as I tested the app on other common trees and weeds from shag bark hickory to blackberries and everyone of them was spot on. Never heard of this one before, rusty blackhaw.

Spent the afternoon piddling in the yards and out at the WOTP planning the next addition. A 12’ x 20’ lean to on the north side for the blacksmith shop and storage for metal and wood.

Finished mowing this evening. Got some grub and now a good drank.
