Good morning Mrs h.

Pool open? I seem to remember you mentioning it.
I'm thinking about getting mine ready although it will probably be 3 more weeks until it's tolerable.
I thought it was last weekend and H22 saw the cool mornings this week. Maybe this weekend. We can heat it up with the heater, but that gets expensive. We do use it, just not often.

Im not sure if mine will even work.
Flatwoods ain't heating 32000 gallons.
It takes a day ir two.
The guy that built this place was a retired Navy seal.
Neighbors say he swam every day year round.
I can't imagine what that cost.
I like my $70 a month power bill. :)
Ours is gas.

That seal may never have turned the heater on.

WOW !! That’s a really low power bill, you are doing good.
Do you have gas appliances as well ?
Our power at the lake is usually around $60 when nobody is there. That’s with minimal heat or ac on.

Only gas was pool heater and gas logs. I use neither so just turned gas off.
There is a minimum power bill even if you don't use it. You are close to that.
I only use the fridge and a light occasionally.
Heat and AC are used but I cut it way up or down when I'm not here.
I'm not here a lot.

Dryer and stove eat up a lot when I use them.

Yep.
Our minimum bill on water is right at $40 from Putnam water system.

You got that right. My sweetheart even mentioned the other day about wondering how the current pool area would look as a flower and shrub island.

There is hope ;)
Costs almost as much to fill one in as to has one installed.
