Euro mount on my first buck with a gun

This past season I was able to kill my first buck with a gun. The first buck period came last year with an F150. All the years I have hunted I only killed does. I got the euro mount back today and boy o boy I am tickled pink about it. To top it all my wife is letting me put it in the living room!

Great buck and good looking mount ! If you are looking for a quick , cheap and easy way to hang it here’s a couple I done . I just put a long screw at an angle to hang it on , just hang it in hole where brain is .

Long screw and I wrap the head heavy in electrical tape to create a tighter fit.
That sized wood is perfect for the job.
