Nice head. I‘d stain the antlers with a stain to your liking and bleach the skull with peroxide. That’s how we would do it over here.

Thanks. No it is a Roebuck I shot here in England. It’s a decent six pointer, generally six points is the maximum they grow although heads can vary significantly in form and weight like any deer I suppose.

Yes you can own a rifle but you have to prove you have a “good reason“ to own one, deer hunting is classed as a good reason. No autos or semi autos (apart from 22LR) are legal so folks mainly use bolt actions with a few using lever actions. I own a Tikka T3X in .223 a Parker Hale in 6mm Remington and a Mauser M12 in .308.
