I scored last night at 6:30 and had forgotton what it felt like. A cowhorn spike came in last night w/ about 8 inch spikes and I let him have it right through the lungs and didn't kill one last year so it has been a while since I killed one. He ran about 60 yds and started stumbling. The adrenaline is incredible. I tried to check out my arrow after the shot and couldn't hold my binos still enough to see the arrow. I knew the shot was golden. Anyway, to those of you who are frustrated w/ this season, keep at it. Sooner or later, it will happen and when you see that arrow go where you wanted it too, it is awesome!!!!!!
