It is on! Bucks are chasing. Not only the small ones.
I watched 6 does come out into a field and 5 minutes later an 8 pt came out. They all ran off into the woods on the other side of the field. 10 minutes later one of the doe came running back out running in figure 8's with the buck on her tail.
then, this morning i saw a buck on the side of 75 dead hit last night or this morning.
later this morning as pulling into work an 8 pt ran across the driveway.
