How do I get my hunting license?

I've always been a fisherman but I would like to take up bowhunting for deer. I was wondering how exactly do I go about getting a license?

go to the DNR website and add it to your license. Pay by plastic, and you are set to go

If you are fisherman as well, I would do a Sportsman which covers both.

"Residents and non-residents born on or after January 1, 1961 must successfully complete a hunter education course prior to purchasing a season hunting"

.Do you have your hunter safety certificate or are you old enough to be exempt?

Take the hunter safety course. Then you will know how to get your license and which license to get!
