I'm looking to buy some land in the southern half of the state. Looking for anything over 20acres preferably near any of the several rivers. I've gone over the online searches and have looked at a dozen different companies and listings. I think a lot of the owner financed land is going to be listed locally so if anyone out there have seen or heard of anything I would greatly appreciate any direction. If there are local listings that cannot typically be found with online searches, that would be great as well. Thanks
I'd probably go up to about 140,000 but would ideally like to be around 100,000. 25 acres surround by large tracks or rural land is far more appealing than 100acres surrounded by civilization.
