My new favorite way to eat Alligator

Decided to try a recipe we've used for years for pork shoulder on some Alligator body meat. It turned out way better than I ever thought it would.

Gator is freshwater lobster. Looks good. I have cooked gator a lot of different ways (baked, fry, grill....). But do not recommend parboil it. That will ruin it.

We usually just make 1/2 this recipe. When we make 1/2 recipe with pork I just use country style pork ribs. Great way to do pork as well. I've used Chuck roast too & it turns out good too.
