Pear Jelly

Not many deer were moving yesterday morning where I was outside Rayle. I decided to get things done around the house and make some pear Jelly. About 8lbs went into this.

I've been working/gone so much this summer I didn't get around to picking my pears.... Deer did it for me though

I've actually never tasted or even saw pear jelly, I guess it's not a thing up here. Looks great, though!

I've got a big sack of muscadines that I picked yesterday to convert to jelly this weekend.

Just canned 9 jars of muscadine jelly. Should get another run next week.
