This low carb crust is amazing. You can fold it in half just like regular New York style thin crust. Pepperoni and fresh basil on half, kitchen sink on the other half.

Three cups shredded mozzarella, half a brick of cream cheese, one and a half cups of almond flour, a beaten egg, and two tablespoons white vinegar. You melt the cheeses in the microwave for like 2 or three minutes then stir in the rest. Flatten the warm dough out between two pieces of parchment paper on a pizza pan, poke the dough full of holes and bake in the oven at 425 for like ten minutes until golden brown. It's the darndest thing.
