Recommendations for pen-style wireless meat thermometers?

I'm looking for a pen style wireless meat thermometer for a Christmas gift for my brother, preferably one that can withstand deep frying, smoking, grilling - pretty much everything.

I've looked at the Meater, anyone have any recommendations?

I have an InkBird wireless, and love it. Comes with 4 probes. Great wifi connection range.

I've also been satisfied with the Inkbird. Actually I'd never heard of them before a year or so ago but now have one of their vacuum sealers and the meat thermometer. Both have done great so far.

Used this one for @ 5 years, no issues. Withstand temps to 716 degrees.

I’ve been using a Maverick for 10yrs. Only replaced the probe once from being put in the dishwasher. It’s not wireless but once it’s done I’ll get the wireless.
