Replacing thermostat

I know it's not a good picture, my son in law is trying to swap out his thermostat. Any ideas on where the wires go.

I assume the new one didn't come with instructions for all six wires? If so, just google the model number as everyone else has suggested. You may have to google the old unit as well since you have a clear picture of where they were all previously connected.

Lot of electronic ones require one more wire than the old ones. But youtube is your friend.
