Seems like there's a whole lot of sue happy people. I miss the simpler days! Had a kid break his arm at our house on the trampoline once. His Grandma took him to the doc to get a cast and then sent him back down to play with the kids again.

I agree, doesn't help when you have attorneys on TV constantly, you know, the ones that are asking have you been hurt in a fall or accident, call my firm. Then the attorney says, were not suing your friend, were suing his insurance company and that's how it all starts.
