Older dudes are the best to make friends with. I could hang out with70 and 80 something year olds all day long and have a great time just soaking up the stories.

I dont think so. I think they're tired of paying ridiculous amounts of taxes with lack of support from what their taxes are supposed to fund. Not to mention they can sell their ranch style 3 br 1 1/2 bath brick home with a 1/2 acre built in the early 80s for 2 million and buy a 5 bedroom 3 bath home with 80 acres out here. Some of them are just trying to get away.
