St Simons and Jekyll Island Fishing Report

The trout fishing over the last couple of weeks has been a little off due to the full moon tides but we are still managing to catch a few keeper trout and some short trout back in the rivers and sound around St Simons Island. The water is now clearing up and trout are starting to pick back up around St Simons and Jekyll Island and have heard reports of some good numbers being caught off of Cumberland beach.

We have also been doing a good bit of shark fishing behind the shrimps boats on the beach catching some big sharks putting up a good fight most of my clients really enjoy going out there. The triple tail are still off the beach of Jekyll Island not a lot of them but we have seen some pretty big triple tail while we are out shark fishing. Check out more fishing reports at Reel Stoked Charter Fishing LLC.
