Steak Night

Too doggone cold and windy to grill for me tonight. Pan seared a couple NY Strips. Deglazed the pan with a little bourbon, added a little w’shire, mushrooms and heavy cream to make a pan sauce. Served with a baked tater amd salad.

I cooked 2 Tuesday and they were awesome.
Didn't have the shrooms' but I got a pound today.
Prolly cook tomorrow or Sunday.

That color is perfect and I can't keep bourbon in the house cause' I'll drank' it. ?
