Had a pack of red snapper from last summer calling my name. Blackened a couple filet pieces and some shrimp. Finished them off with Guac, lettuce, tomatoes, feta cheese, pickled red peppers and some homemade cilantro lime sauce. Made up some yella rice to go with it.
