Took a knife to some Top Round Roasts and shaved them. Made some cheesesteaks with onions, peppers and black pepper cheese.

Been a while since we did this… son and I mad a mexican style salad yesterday for late lunch and dinner

Steak fingers, seasoned waffle fries with choice of Tobasco Sriracha & Yaki’ dipping sauces.
We went to Oxford Alabama yesterday and on the way back home we stopped at the Ranburne exit and bought a small box of chicken gizzards. Oh yeah!!!

With whitetail season being over, mostly, been unloading truck of related stuff today. As a result I've got items scattered all over sorting and getting ready to put a lot of stuff in the attic from there and the man cave/office also known as the Dump to the Nurse. So I had to eat off the counter. A couple venison burger patties and some of last night's jalapeño slaw. Not bad.
