Traditions Vortek?

I have an older Traditions Vortek 50 cal muzzleloader (The one with the external hammer, not striker fire model).

Looking to put a scope on it. Something under $200. Maybe a Vortex optic type of quality. Any particular model suggestions based on budget?

What about pellet and bullet combination? It's a 28" barrel. Sighting in at 100 yards for deer only.

cdnn has the TC muzzle loader scopes on sale $60. It's clear enough for what it costs. As far as loads I use patch and round ball so 80-90 gr of powder works good for me.

I put a Bushnell Banner on my T/C Impact after hearing so much good about them... It was about $85 used/excellent w/ rings and lens covers. Very clear so far and holds zero well.
