Had a few crawfish tails leftover from the burger night. Decided to do something with them today for a quick lunch. Sautéed some onions and a bunch of garlic in some alpha gal safe butter. Then added the tails, creole seasoning, soy sauce and honey. Let all that thicken down and then served over some fresh cut home fries. ‘Twas good, simple and fast!!!
